The analysis of results of Orthokine therapy conducted in out-patient clinic for 115 patients in 2012-2013, is presented. The necessity of careful preparation of the institution to perform this treatment (training of personnel, equipment of the separate room) is shown. 53.9% of patients were treated because of osteoarthritis of major joints, 46.1% suffered from inflammatory diseases of the tendons and ligaments. Diseases were diagnosed by different methods of beam diagnostics. Ultrasound examination allowed establishing diagnosis, initiating treatment and monitoring its effectiveness. The treatment was effective after 3-4 injections in a majority of patients. In cases of no effect after 5-6 injections, increase of the and frequency of administration of autologous conditioned serum was not recommended. Orthokine therapy has allowed the majority of treated patients to avoid steroids administration. Only 4 patients were relapsed within 12 months after treatment.
