Errors, dangers and omissions in the surgery of cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis

The authors of the article note the urgency of the problem of cholelithiasis and its combination with choledocholithiasis, as well as the widespread use of laparoscopic cholecystectomy techniques, traditional cholecystectomies and cholecystectomies from mini-accesses. Based on a clinical, retrospective analysis of 776 patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis and its combinations with choledocholithiasis, the authors conducted a scientific analysis of errors, dangers and omissions, which were often the cause of early postoperative complications and the development of postcholecystectomy syndromes. The analysis of the causes of unsatisfactory results and the accumulation of experience in surgical treatment of this contingent allowed the authors to revise surgical tactics from 2019.
