Project management mistakes on the example of the northern latitudinal railway

The article argues the great role of project management on the example of the implementation of an innovative federal significance project and examines the mistakes, as well as their consequences on different stages of the project life cycle. Projects allows not only companies, but also regions and states to carry out truly valuable activities for the development, implementation of innovations, expansion, improvement of the various stakeholders life quality, etc. However, wrong management decisions and actions often lead to less effective results than expected. Experts of the scientific community are engaged in the search for the causes of problems and their solutions, the development of management methods and principles from the theoretical perspective, and company representatives from the practical perspective; the existance of unresolved and acute problems determines the relevance of the project management area.
