Complications in children after various operations on the injured spleen in the light of immunological disorders

The analysis of changes in the immune status of 56 people (children till 12 years) by which the splenektomiya and a splenektomiya with an autoliyentransplantation is executed is carried out. Researches were conducted in the next and in the remote postoperative period. It is established that children after a splenektomiya since first postoperative days, have a decrease quantity of the lymphocytes bearing mediators of CD 3+ and CD 20+ of receptors, to the subsequent decrease for the fifth postoperative days of CD4+. For the fifth postoperative days reduction of IgA, IgE, total of a complement, its S3-and C4-fractions is also registered. At the same time with it Central Election Commission increase was observed. In the remote postoperative period children after a splenektomiya have changes as in a humoral link of system of the immunity, the quantities which was showed by decrease in IgG, M, total of a complement, its S3-and C4-fractions, and also increase of quantity of IgE and the Central Election Commission, and in cellular where reduction of all indicators is registered. Splenektomiya with an autoliyentransplantation leads to reduction of quantity of the lymphocytes bearing mediators of CD 3+ and CD 20+ of cages. For the fifth postoperative days there is a reduction of IgA, IgE, total of a complement, its S3- and C4-fractions, CD 3+, CD 4+ and CD 20+ of cages. At the same time with it the Central Election Commission raises. Partial restoration of indicators of IgE, total of a complement, its S3- and C4-fractions is registered by the seventh postoperative days, a complete recovery of the given indicators - by tenth postoperative days. At the same time in this group decrease in quantity of IgA, increase in the Central Election Commission is revealed. Partial restoration of indicators of a cellular link of system of immunity is noted by tenth days. In the remote postoperative period at children after a splenektomiya with an autoliyentransplatation the increase in quantity of the general complement, its S3-and C4-fractions, and also decrease in level of the lymphocytes bearing CD3+ and CD4+ receptors is revealed.
