Osmotic tension in a tree-dimensional colloidal crystal within the model of the Poisson-Boltzmann equation

The model of tree-dimensional charge stabilized colloidal crystal with the body-centered cubic lattice is considered. The study is carried out within the theory on the base of the Poisson-Boltzmann non-linear differential equation. The numerical procedure for calculation of the osmotic pressure is described and its possible extension for the numerical experiments on the elastic properties of the crystal is discussed. The numerical results for the osmotic pressure are adduced in the wide range of the lattice parameter values.
