The quest for optimum coexistence of peoples with a common historical destiny actualized the idea of Eurasianism. In the context of the theory of Eurasianism, the heterogeneous nature of Russian culture, combining elements of the cultures of the south, east and west, is stressed. It is rightly noted that knowledge of cultural background of Russian history will help you to find answers to common questions regarding the future prospects. The central idea of Eurasian doctrine is that destiny of social reforms depends on the adequacy of social and cultural grounds. The impact of Western patterns on the non-Western countries has its limits. Those peoples that relied on traditional culture mostly achieved success in realization of social reforms.
