Judgment of the CDIO ideology as a factor of human capital development

The article deals with the international experience of educational programs creation according to the CDIO ideology focused on the minimization of the gap between the educational training and the requirements of real production. Application of the CDIO standards means development of important aspects of the human capital, such as personal and interpersonal skills, professional skills in the framework of the real projects implementation, which, in the long run, promotes the added value growth. The author suggests the contextual chart of the IDEF0 model of designing of an educational CDIO program.
