Comprehension of the police officer profession from the perspective of law and philosophy of values

The article is concerned with an axiological and a legal dimensions of the police officer profession. It is substantiated a thesis that one can fit the high status of the police officer in accordance with laws, codes, moral norms and values only by introducing them in the professional and everyday activities, but not theoretically; not in word, but in deed.
