Equipment of CNC milling machines

The article provides an overview of various types of basic and additional equipment for milling machines with numerical control (CNC). Their brief description, features of work, opportunities provided by them, scope are given. As well as the main pros and cons. The authors of the article proposed to equip the CNC machine with a 3D scanner, which allows scanning the surface of workpieces in order to more effectively write the optimal control program for milling.
