The basis and conditions of compensation of harm caused by unlawful actions of bodies of preliminary investigation

One of the most important guarantees of protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens in the sphere of public administration is the obligation of the state established to Art. 53 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation to indemnify the loss caused by illegal actions (or inaction) public authorities or their officials.
