Grounds for civil liability liability when causing harm by source of increased hazard

The grounds for exemption from civil liability for harm caused by a source of increased danger are considered. As part of the study, the features of responsibility for harm caused by a source of increased danger were studied. Investigates the basis of exemption from liability, which is provided for by Part 2 of Art. 1079 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, when the owner of the source of increased danger is not responsible for the harm caused by this source, if it proves that the source has left its possession as a result of the unlawful actions of other persons.
