Grounds for termination of ownership

This article is devoted to the study of the grounds for termination of property rights in the civil law of the Russian Federation. The author provides a classification of grounds for termination of property rights, characterizes from the point of view of the law the selected groups of grounds for termination of property rights. The author emphasizes the importance of observing the constitutional guarantees of protection of property rights in the implementation of forced termination of property rights.
