Basic aspects of financing of the modern sphere of education of the Russian Federation

Dedicated to the mechanism of financing of the modern sphere of education of the Russian Federation. The main models of higher education financing in world practice are considered, general and special principles of financing educational institutions of the Russian Federation are presented, informational and analytical materials on the dynamics of budget expenditures for financing are demonstrated, and the feasibility of further reforming the sphere of education in Russia is determined.
