The representation of legal aid in our country is guaranteed by laws. But over time, it is important to improve the laws that regulate the specifics of providing guaranteed legal assistance. In this article, we tried to uncover the contradictions in the law and propose solutions so that every citizen could receive state-guaranteed legal assistance at a high level.
