The main aspects of managing the social sphere of the region on the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan

The article deals with the issue of social sphere management in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The author identified the most significant components of the social sphere of the region: social environment, standard of living, housing conditions, medicine, education and science, culture, sports, recreation and tourism. Based on the selected components of the social sphere of the region, the main aspects of managing the social sphere of the region within the framework of the activities of the executive authorities of the Republic of Bashkortostan are reflected. It is concluded that the social policy pursued in the republic should not be limited to federal and regional measures. It is also important to take into account the ongoing policy in each municipality of the region and strengthen at this level those measures that will contribute to solving priority social problems.
