Basic free medical services and paid medical services in the aspect of national security of the Republic of Belarus

The author analyzes the concepts of “medical care”, “medical service”, “state minimum social standards”, refers to the contents of the lists of free and paid medical services provided by state healthcare institutions. The work pays special attention to the importance of health issues in the context of ensuring national security. The author made a number of conclusions and formulated individual proposals, including those aimed at improving legislation and eliminating inconsistencies in the text of conceptual normative legal acts.
