The article deals with the basic characteristics of GR-management in the system of developing social and economic processes, based on the wide usage of digital technologies. Digital economy as a kind of modern economic relationships depends a lot on the degree of the efficiency of interaction between the subjects of private enterprise and the bodies of public and municipal administrations. There is defined that the realization of GR-management is connected with the creation of the system of constructive business partnership between business community and the structures of public administrations during the multidirectional usage of digital data as one of the basic factors of the given business partnership.
