In article have done an attempt of identification key factors of formation and development of the international financial centers on the basis of the analysis of competitive advantages of three centers of a financial system which occupy one of the leading positions, and exactly London, New-York and Tokyo. The relevance of this article is mainly due to the continuous processes of globalization taking place in the world. The conclusion is drawn on existence of the general factors of competitiveness global financial centers.
