The major factors influencing the processes of formation and realization of the national interests of Transnistria

For the identification of the key factors influencing the processes of forming and implementation of national interests of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic one should assume the analysis of all range of foreign policy conditions and architecture of the international and regional relations, the pursued foreign and domestic state policy, a role of the political leader and communication of political and economic elite with society. During the analysis, it is necessary to give the characteristic to the domestic legislation and its correspondence with international law as to important elements in forming and implementation of national interests. Besides, it is necessary to consider that in the conditions of de jure non-recognition, perishable national interests become vital and first-priority on an equal basis with fixed national interests. Taking into account all features of existence and development of Transnistria, the factors influencing forming and implementation of national interests of PMR root in geopolitical, foreign policy and legal areas.
