Main factors affecting the cost of development projects

The author of the article identified main factors which have a significant impact on the value of development project. In this article the author also determined the nature of these factors and extent of their exposure to the value of development project. Analysis of trends in changing the value of development projects in view of current standing in the Russian economy was made. This article also included determination methods of the risk premium at realization of such projects.
