Main factors of globalization impact on the entrepreneurial conglomerate strategic management

In present conditions of penetration of globalization into the activities of economic entities of any level, the analysis of universal, including purely economic factors of the influence of globalization on the strategic priorities of development of entrepreneurial conglomerates becomes especially relevant. The present study provides a comprehensive assessment of the “logistic efficiency indicator” for a number of countries. The main parameters of the frequency and quality of changes in entrepreneurial conglomerates are highlighted. The methodology for setting a general strategy for the development of an entrepreneurial conglomerate has been supplemented taking into account a complex internal composition. There are also identified the main limitations of the methodology application. It is shown that the system of strategic management of an entrepreneurial conglomerate is a single continuous decision-making stream, within which a complex of processes is constantly being implemented. The tendencies of transformation of the strategic management principles of an entrepreneurial conglomerate under the influence of globalization are described. The results of a survey of entrepreneurs on the use of modern principles of strategic management in their activities are presented. The main types of crises that an entrepreneurial conglomerate is exposed to in the context of globalization are highlighted. A panel of the most important risks posed by globalization for business conglomerates has been formed. There is suggested a system of levers for long-term sustainable growth of an entrepreneurial conglomerate in the context of globalization.
