The main forms of implementation of the law enforcement function by the troops of the national guard of the Russian Federation (theoretical and legal aspect)

The article analyzes the main forms of implementation of the law enforcement function by the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. Such forms of activity of the National Guard troops as law-making, law enforcement, educational, organizational are considered. Special attention is paid to the features that determine the features of the law enforcement activities of the National Guard troops. The regulatory and protective nature of law enforcement activity is analyzed. The article analyzes the methods of persuasion and coercion used in the activities of the National Guard troops. The article focuses on the need to improve the legal regulation of the interaction of parts, bodies and divisions of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, which is carried out in the form of mutual exchange of information, holding meetings on the most pressing and problematic issues in the established field of activity, as well as holding joint events to solve tasks and achieve goals.
