The article reveals the essence of the "business unit" concept, discusses the main forms of interaction between entrepreneurial business units and government structures. The article analyzes the most common form of interaction in the construction complex - «concession agreement». The main conditions for the successful implementation of joint projects of government agencies and business units have been identified.
