The article examines entrepreneurial structures in a professional organization. Relationships between the processes of state regulation of entrepreneurial activity of an educational organization are determined. Elements of an entrepreneurial structure are revealed. The author comes to the conclusion that the entrepreneurial activity in the educational organization has significant differences with other types of entrepreneurial activity.
