The article deals with the process of distribution of industrial emissions in the atmosphere due to advective their transfer by air masses and diffusion caused by turbulent air pulsations. The averaged flow of substances carried by air masses has advective and convective components, and the averaged fluctuational motions can be interpreted as diffusion against the background of the main averaged motion associated with it.
