Basic elements of legal capacity of artificial intelligence units

The issue of legal personality of artificial intelligence units is of particular interest, as the identification of new features of copyright law shapes the vision of a new paradigm of the subject and object of legal relations. In this work, the author focuses not on finding the “guilty” “algorithm,” but on the problem of ensuring legal certainty and a fair distribution of responsibility among all participants in the AI ecosystem (developer, operator, user, and victim).
