Launching new products is a complex and multifaceted process that requires careful planning and preparation. One of the most important aspects of this process is the pre-project analysis of business processes. This analysis allows companies to optimize their processes and resources, minimize potential risks, and ensure a smooth launch of the product to the market. The article discusses the main components of the pre-product analysis, starting with the creation of an adaptive production environment that can effectively respond to the introduction of new products. It also emphasizes the importance of modeling information systems and their impact on the success of the new product. By conducting a thorough pre-launch analysis, companies can ensure that they are well prepared for the challenges that come with launching a new product. This includes identifying potential risks and opportunities, optimizing processes, and creating a plan for successful market entry.Specific examples of organizational measures, configuration management, and descriptions of the functional model of business processes are provided to support the theoretical analysis with practical examples from experience implementing SmarTeam application software. The article also discusses the issues of risk analysis and constraints, describing organizational measures and methods for adapting the structure and technological preparation of production to minimize potential risks and ensure efficient resource management. It examines the influence of different types of production process positioning on pre-design analysis and highlights various strategies for organizing production based on product characteristics and technological features. Furthermore, the article analyzes the requirements and features of processes depending on different types of production.
