The scientific problem addressed in this article is to study the stages of building a balanced scorecard development and motivational remuneration scheme based on KPI. The relevance of the topic is dictated by the current market conditions, requires managers special attention to the organization of wage workers. The article describes the stages of building a balanced scorecard, the procedure of setting goals, describes the principles of working with key performance indicators, contains examples of the development of this system. For the writing of this article, in addition to the basic literature, articles and reviews of top managers have been used to apply this system in practice.
