The main mechanisms of liability for tax violations

Resume: This article highlights the main mechanisms of liability for violations of tax laws. The legal nature of liability for violations of tax legislation is investigated. The main problems associated with this process and their solutions have been identified. Alternative reforms in this area are also presented.
