The main anti-corruption measures from the standpoint of the national legislation

Purpose: To study the specificity of the organization of anti-corruption in the Russian Federation. Methodology: We used a formal-legal method. Results: This article analyzes the main features of the organization of anti-corruption in the context of modern Russian society. Pay particular attention to the dependence of measures to combat corruption on the development of civil society and participation, raise public awareness and transparency of government institutions. The effectiveness of anti-corruption measures is made dependent on the general level of development of legal culture in Russian society. Novelty/originality/value: This article has scientific value, as the lights relevant to the modern Russian society the topic of combating corruption. This allows us to develop and improve the working methods of law enforcement bodies of the country in the direction of the fight against corruption.
