The article deals with the concept of endurance. This is the ability of a person to perform a certain activity for a long time without reducing the intensity and technique of performing the exercise. For its development, a wide range of methods of physical activity is used. The article discusses the main methods of developing endurance in the functional all-around. Methods such as uniform continuous, variable continuous, interval, and force methods are described in more detail.
