Main activities of the Finno-Ugric research and education center for humanitarian technologies of Udmurt State University

It touches upon the issues of training high skilled personnel and the issue of modern technologies for education in rural areas. The article proves the necessity of establishing the conditions for ethnic and cultural education as one of the aspects of increasing national consciousness among the Udmurts.
