The main directions of state support of agricultural producers in modern conditions

In modern market conditions, agriculture is one of the important areas of economic activity of the country, its condition and development depends on the welfare of the rural population. The issue that state aid is necessary for agriculture is still relevant and requires further study, as it becomes difficult to profit from the work done on the land, the development of rural areas needs to be transformed, the prestige of rural labor is fading. Most scientists and economists believe that one of the main measures on this problem is the state support for the development of agricultural producers, improving the mechanism of its impact on the results of financial and economic activity of the enterprise and improving its quality. The state is responsible for these problems and creates the necessary conditions for agricultural producers to correct the situation. For their development, it provides financial assistance in the form of grants, subsidies for various purposes. The Russian Federation has developed a "State program for the development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013-2020". This program defines the main directions and priorities of support. These priorities include the following: the development of cooperation, territorial clusters, relations and the formation of food complexes in the institutional sphere; increasing the profitability of agricultural producers in the economic sphere. In our opinion, the state should pay attention to the development of agricultural producers by assessing each of them. In this case, the provision of state support will help to solve the issues of competitive agricultural products in the market. Only in this way can we organize effective support for agriculture.
