Main directions of actions to increase human resources in AIC of Altai krai

The article presents data on measures to increase the personnel potential of the agro-industrial complex of the Altai Territory and provides data on the volume of their financing. The issues of activating the training of specialists on a targeted basis using the mechanism of state support are considered, in particular, the number and volume of state support for young specialists of enterprises in the agro-industrial complex of the region are given. The conclusion is made about the positive impact of the measures taken on the provision of the agro-industrial complex with qualified personnel.
