The main directions of normative and legal development Russian's segment of the internet network

The relevance of the article is that at present, more and more legal relations are moving into the Internet space, while the legal framework that regulates it is imperfect. This entails gaps and conflicts in national legislation. The purpose of the article is to identify the main problems that arise in the process of regulating relations in the Internet. The ways of solving these problems are suggested. The main conclusion is that the improvement and unification of the already existing legal framework and the development of new regulations aimed at coordinating legal relations arising on the Internet are necessary for effective harmonization of legislation at the national level.
