Basic directions of training skilled workers for the provision of the entry international tourism

The problem of the provision of the training quality of skilled workers for the hospitality industry from the point of view of the development of the entry international tourism is considered in the paper. Modern approaches to the formation of the tourist professional education are analyzed here. The authors substantiate the necessity of the inculcation of a competent approach into the hospitality industry education. Problems and perspectives of the development of regional systems of training skilled workers for the hospitality industry are currently studied. The authors examine the problem of creating the system of training, retraining and increasing the skilled workers' qualifi cation in the sphere of tourism.
