Improving the quality of telecommunication services is possible only with the implementation of a set of organizational, technical and socio-economic measures, as well as compliance with production conditions to meet the requirements of traditional levels of service quality and the creation of new services, the needs for which arise as the market develops, technological progress and the process of informatization of society. The needs of the telecommunications complex necessary to ensure the required quality of telecommunications services are considered and the main directions of quality improvement are highlighted. It is concluded that in improving the quality of communication services, the leading role belongs to the study of needs, analysis of market conditions, formation of demand and other marketing research. This approach makes it possible to develop an optimal technical and tariff policy, and to make effective investments, which will ensure the expansion of the market for demanded telecommunications services.
