The main areas of corruption prevention in the economic sphere

In given article the analysis of level and a way of optimization of struggle against corruption of economy of Kazakhstan is resulted. For overcoming of corruption actions in financial and economic sphere, the question on introduction of the criminal liability of legal bodies for some categories of corruption crimes is considered, and creation of financial investigation is offered.
