The main directions for the rational placement of enterprises for the processing of agricultural products from local raw materials

One of the most pressing problems of further development of agriculture in modern conditions is the further increase in the efficiency of the industry, including through the rational distribution of agricultural production. Agriculture is a large and leading sector of the economy in almost every country and includes crop and livestock production. The article analyzes and reveals a definite link between the development of crop and livestock production in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is also noted that this relationship affects the location of agricultural processing enterprises. On the basis of the analysis performed, suggestions were made for a rational allocation of these enterprises.
