The article is devoted to the formation of the main directions for improving corporate training systems and developing human capital as the main resource of the ongoing digital transformation. Based on the analysis of promising competencies necessary for employees to form a digital business development model, the joint use of both competency-based forms of training and a student-centered approach is proposed.
