Since January 2018, the Customs code of the Eurasian economic Union has entered into force, which introduced amendments to the customs administration. The article deals with the Complex program of development of the FCS of Russia for the period up to 2020, which determines the further improvement of administration of customs and other payments, improvement of fiscal function.
