Main directions of improvement of the institutional infrastructure of the regional system of processing of solid wastes

The article highlights the main directions of improving the infrastructure for processing solid waste in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The definition of the institutional infrastructure of a regional system for the processing of solid domestic waste is given. The author describes the main goals of improving the institutional infrastructure of the regional solid domestic waste management system, as well as assessing legislative changes in waste management.
