Main directions of improving the staff and documentation of personnel management

The article defines the main directions for improving personnel and documentation support for personnel management. Considered such concepts as document circulation, documentary support of the personnel management system, office work. The main functions of the documentation support of personnel management are identified, as well as the main directions for the development of personnel management of personnel management. The result of the study was that the personnel and documentation support of personnel management directly depends on the nature and degree of effectiveness of information support for the regulation of personnel processes in the organization and the specific features of the information technology.
