Main directions for improvement mechanism of functioning of the market of corporate bonds of the Russian Federation as a part of the world financial market

The investment attractiveness of corporate bonds can be increased by solving some problems. Such as tax legislation, change the liquidity of the secondary bond market, shorten the time required to register the bond issue, and others. Despite the existing problems, the bond market has a great potential for growth. The Bank of Russia is already working to improve the regulatory framework.
