Basic directions of improvement of the system of personnel development in establishments of social protection in the Republic of Buryatia

In the article the systems approach to development of personnel of establishments of social protection in Ulan-Ude is studied. The satisfactory and unhappy blocks of the development of personnel were revealed according to the results of the opinion poll. According to the results of sociological survey wealthy and poor staff development units were identified.
