Main directions for improving social security of minoral affairs employees

The police welfare system requires reform. Today the legislator faces the following issues in the first place: increasing pay in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; attracting people with extensive experience to the service through incentive payments and providing personnel with housing. Relevant in the context of the modern transformation of society will be the introduction of amendments to the legislation on social guarantees for employees of internal affairs bodies, as well as the development and adoption of the Federal Law «On the savings and mortgage system of housing for employees of internal affairs bodies». To stimulate the work of employees with more than twenty years of experience, return to those entitled to a pension an additional payment of 25% to 50% of the pension amount that could have been assigned to them.
