Basic directions to modernize technological processes in oil industry

The article is devoted to the prospects of technological processes development in oil industry. The priorities in the field of environmental safety of oil and fat production are considered. The main technological processes to be modernized are the production of vegetable oils; refining of vegetable oils; fat hydrogenation and transesterification; manufacture of margarine and mayonnaise, confectionery, baking and cooking fats; manufacture of food surface-active substances, glycerin, fatty acids and detergents.
