Basic directions of criminal and legal policy in the field of interpretation of a criminal law

The basic directions of criminal and legal policy of the Russian Federation executing in the field of interpretation of criminal law are outlined and analyzed. The influence on the peculiarities of its interpretation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, norms of International law are considered as well as the necessity of giving efficiency, flexibility and dynamism to a criminal law. The role of interpretation of criminal law in resolving collisions in a criminal legislature, contest of criminal and legal norms and issues of differentiating contiguous corpus delicts of crimes are revealed. The examples of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and law enforcement practice of the Supreme Court of Russian Federation are given.
