The main directions of criminal policy in the sphere of economic crimes in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The new conception of the Criminal Code and current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are analyzed in the following article. The author comes to the conclusion that it is too early to use liberalization for economic crimes in the Republic of Kazakhstan as far as the existing criminal policy in the sphere of economic crimes leads to criminalization of the economics and creates the favorable conditions for committing economic and corruption crimes and also legal tax to law enforcement officers from the persons having committed economic crimes.
