Main features and trends in labor payment in the oil and gas industry of the Sakhalin region

This article is devoted to the problem of analyzing the labor remuneration in the oil and gas industry of the Sakhalin region dynamics, which is based on nominal and real wage level calculation, remuneration differentiation depending on age, education and professional affiliation, cost of actually worked hours, labor productivity in cost measurement. The oil and gas industry of the Sakhalin region in 2010-2017 was in advantageous position according to wage indicators. The wage growth is observed not only in nominal, but also in real terms.
